Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

Check-out time is 12 noon. Extra time will be charged.
Check-ins begin at 2 p.m.

  • Speed limit is 10 mph
  • Be considerate of others
  • Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8am
  • Generator quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am

Camping Specifics

  • ONE unit per campsite (A unit being an RV or a tent plus 1 vehicle)
  • ONE additional tent may be added to the campsite @$20/night
  • ONE extra car may be added to campsite @$10/night
  • NO extra campers per site
  • Adult occupancy of an individual campsite is a maximum of 4
  • Campfires must be DEAD OUT when not attended
  • Camping is permitted in designated sites only
  • NO parking vehicles or campers on camp site pads
  • NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
  • NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS
  • NO washing of any kind at water hydrants
  • NO SMOKING IN BATHROOMS

Vehicles

  • Vehicles on roads only
  • NO 4 wheelers or dirt bikes

Pets

  • Pets must be on leash
  • Clean up after your pet
  • Use the pet walk located across the road from bathrooms
  • Do not leave animals unattended
  • No pets in bathrooms

$20/night for an extra tent on all RV sites or tent sites.
Only ONE extra tent per site allowed.

  • 2-night minimum for weekend reservations. Drive-in camping welcome too, availability dependent.
  • Holiday Day weekends are a 3-night minimum for reservations.
  • A camping unit includes a RV/tent, 1 vehicle and 1 boat
  • Loop A, B and C - Every site has electricity
  • Loop D - Every site is Non-electric
  • Central water and dump station available.
  • Check In after 2 pm
  • Check Out is by noon. (Day Use Parking is available to relocate for the remainder of the day for free.)
  • Late Check out is available if site is not reserved for that day. Fees will be applied.

Group Camp Area A&B

$250/night for up to 8 camping units* includes Rec Area use pass.
There is a 2-night minimum for weekends.
$1,500/week for up to 8 camping units* includes RA use pass.
$4,500/month for up to 8 camping units* includes RA use pass.
$35/extra camping unit fee per unit per night.
Max capacity 30 adults.

  • No gray water dumping at site.
  • Each camping unit is allowed one additional stored item.
  • Each group site has electricity, pavilion, fire pit, bathroom, and a boat slip.
  • 50% of payment charged at time of reservation and it is NON-refundable.
  • If you fail to show up at all, you will be charged the balance due of the reservation.

Group Camp Area C/Picnic Area

$200/night for up to 8 camping units* includes Rec Area use pass.
There is a 2 night minimum for weekends.
$1200/week for up to 8 camping units* includes RA use pass.
$30/extra camping unit fee per unit per night.
Max capacity 30 adults.

  • No gray water dumping at site.
  • Each camping unit is allowed one additional stored item.
  • The site has a large pavilion, fire pit and charcoal BBQ grill. One single bathroom. No electricity. May use generators until quiet hours.
  • 50% of payment charged at time of reservation and it is NON-refundable.
  • If you fail to show up at all, you will be charged the balance due of the reservation.

Group Camp Area D/Group Day Use (tents only)

$150/day for up to 8 tents
$25/extra tent fee per tent per day.

Policies & Other Fees

Cancellation Policy

There is a $10 fee to cancel the individual site reservation at any time.  If you cancel your reservation 2 days or less before your arrival date, you will be charged a minimum one night's charge.

CampWorks online reservation booking fees and credit card fees are non-refundable.

No Show Policy

If a customer does not occupy their site within 24 hours of their check in time and have not notified the campground, all fees will be assessed for what was reserved.

Late checkout fees: (if site does not have an incoming reservation)

$30 4pm to 6pm
Campers may move to the far West side of the Day Use parking lot to avoid a late check out fee.
This move is subject to space available and RV's must vacate parking lot by 5pm of the check out date.
$10 Day Pass fee per vehicle.
$100.00 Annual Day Use Vehicle Pass valid for daily entry May 1 – April 30 of following calendar year (does not include camping fees). After October 15 our Annual Day Use Pass is reduced to $30.00!

Special Events

Special Events and large groups will be considered on a case by case basis and fees/conditions for each event must be approved in writing by the River District prior to the event.

Dates and hours of operation of Wolford Mountain Reservoir Recreation Area

Campground – 24/7/365.
10/1 through 5/15 no water service is available and camping is limited to loop A/B.

Boat Launch – 5/15 through 9/30, 7am to 7pm.
10/1 through 10/15, 7am to 5pm
